The Neonatal Resuscitation Program® (NRP®) course conveys an evidence-based approach to care of the newborn at birth and facilitates effective team-based care for healthcare professionals who care for newborns at the time of delivery. NRP utilizes a blended learning approach, which includes online testing and hands-on case-based simulation/debriefing that focus on critical leadership, communication, and team-work skills.

The 8th Edition course is made up of 2 Parts:

PART 1

Focuses on building a foundation of neonatal resuscitation knowledge. The learning activities in Part I include:

Purchase the NRP 8th Edition Advanced Provider Curriculum (lessons 1-11) in order to complete the skills check in office. The online portion of the course is $55 and will be paid directly to RQI once you have created an account. RQI does not allow refunds or exchanges for coursework. *Once you have completed Part 1, you have 90 days to complete Part 2.*

PART 2

The Instructor-led skills session (hands-on portion of the course)
